How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders and tap “Track Order”. You’ll see each step from Order Placed to Delivered with timestamps.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on orders above ₹999. Below that a delivery fee of ₹49 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 days. You can check the estimated date for your PIN code on any product page.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery (for orders up to ₹10,000). Online payments are coming soon.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel from the order details page until the order is packed. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
How do coupons work?
Enter a code in your cart or pick one from Available Coupons. Minimum purchase and other conditions are shown on each coupon.
